Who Should File:
- This form is for entities like partnership firms, limited liability partnerships (LLPs),
association of persons (AOPs), body of individuals (BOIs), and cooperative societies.
Types of Income:
- Income from business or profession.
- Income from house property, capital gains, and other sources.
Exclusions:
- Companies and individuals (they use other forms like ITR-6, ITR-3, etc.).
